  15. A couple of days ago I posted a request for info about a
  16. 19 inch IBM monitor (5081 19). I now know a fair bit about
  17. it, but I have a couple of questions about connecting it
  18. to my 1200.

  20. The monitor has a fixed-scan rate of 60Hz and a resolution
  21. of either 1028x1024 or 1024x768. What I would like to know
  22. is can I make my 1200 chuck this signal out? Is there a
  23. monitor driver I can just stick in my devs drawer (which I
  24. doubt), or could I use something like a custom monitor
  25. driver program to do this? If so, could anyone recommend
  26. one? My Microvitec 1438 doesn't worry about that sort of
  27. thing...

  29. Another thing is that the IBM monitor chucks its sync info
  30. out on the green data line. Does anyone have any idea how
  31. I'd wire the Amiga 23-pin video to three BNC connectors?
  32. I would guess that the Read Green and Blue lines go
  33. straigt to the appropriate connectors on the monitor, but
  34. would the sync line just be a connection onto the green
  35. line??? Help!

  37. BTW, I've been told the cables are RG-59/U type, if this
  38. helps...
